SHAH ALAM, 16 July 2026: Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB) today formalised strategic partnerships through the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with Gentari Green Mobility Sdn. Bhd. and GreenRE Sdn. Bhd., marking a significant step towards advancing sustainable development initiatives, enhancing energy efficiency, and accelerating the adoption of renewable energy across its property portfolio.

The MoU with Gentari Green Mobility Sdn. Bhd. will support the development of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure while exploring renewable energy and energy storage solutions across PHB's properties.

Meanwhile, the partnership with GreenRE Sdn. Bhd. focuses on advancing sustainable building practices through the adoption of recognised green building standards. The collaboration will facilitate GreenRE certification for PHB-owned properties, improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and strengthen the overall environmental performance of its assets.

Together, the initiatives will support the implementation of the PHB Energy Roadmap 2024–2030 by accelerating the adoption of sustainable energy solutions, enhancing organisational capabilities, and strengthening stakeholder engagement in sustainable energy practices. These efforts reinforce PHB's long-term Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments while aligning the company's sustainability efforts with the nation's green building and low-carbon aspirations.

PHB Group Managing Director, Mazuki Abdullah @ Muhammad, said the cooperation underscore the company's commitment to embedding sustainability across its operations.

"This reflects PHB's continued commitment to embedding sustainability at the core of our business, by working closely with Gentari Green Mobility and GreenRE, we are accelerating our transition towards cleaner energy, enhancing the environmental performance of our assets, and contributing meaningfully to the nation's sustainability and decarbonisation goals.

“These efforts are aligned with our Energy Roadmap 2024–2030 and our broader ESG aspirations to create long-term value for our stakeholders. For PHB, sustainability is no longer an aspiration it is becoming an integral part of how we invest, manage and future-proof our assets,” he said.

During the signing ceremony, PHB also received the Sustainable Energy Low Carbon Building Assessment GreenPASS (Operation) certificates from the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia for Dataran PHB, Menara Aras Raya, Quill18, Wisma Consplant 1 & 2. In addition, GreenRE Sdn. Bhd. presented GreenRE certifications for PJ33 and Quill 18, recognising PHB's continued efforts in advancing sustainable building practices and environmental stewardship.

PHB was represented by its Group Managing Director, Mazuki Abdullah @ Muhammad, and the Head of PHB Facility Management Berhad (PHBFM), Sr. Abdul Halim Hussain. Representing GreenRE was its Board of Director Datuk Zaini Yusuff, while Gentari Green Mobility was represented by its Group Chief Operating Officer and Country Head, Shah Yang Razalli. SEDA Malaysia was represented by its Chief Strategic Officer, Saiful Hakim Abdul Rahman. The ceremony was witnessed by PHB Chairman, YM Raja Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Arshad Raja Tun Uda.



PHB METERAI MoU BERSAMA GENTARI GREEN MOBILITY DAN GreenRE PERKUKUH INISIATIF MOBILITI HIJAU DAN BANGUNAN HIJAU

  • PHB tandatangani MoU bersama Gentari Green Mobility Sdn. Bhd. bagi membangunkan infrastruktur pengecasan kenderaan elektrik (EV), di samping meneroka penyelesaian tenaga boleh baharu dan penyimpanan tenaga di bangunan milik PHB.
  • PHB tandatangani MoU bersama GreenRE Sdn. Bhd. bagi memperkukuh amalan bangunan mampan menerusi standard bangunan hijau yang diiktiraf.
  • PHB terima Sijil GreenPASS (Pengoperasian) daripada Pihak Berkuasa Pembangunan Tenaga Lestari (SEDA) Malaysia bagi bangunan Dataran PHB, Menara Aras Raya, Quill 18 serta Wisma Consplant 1 dan 2.
  • PHB terima pensijilan GreenRE daripada GreenRE Sdn. Bhd. bagi bangunan PJ33 dan Quill 18.

SHAH ALAM, 16 Julai 2026: Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB) hari ini memeterai kerjasama strategik menerusi Memorandum Persefahaman (MoU) bersama Gentari Green Mobility Sdn. Bhd. dan GreenRE Sdn. Bhd. sebagai langkah memperkukuh inisiatif pembangunan mampan, meningkatkan kecekapan tenaga serta mempercepat penggunaan tenaga boleh baharu di seluruh portfolio hartanah PHB.

MoU bersama Gentari Green Mobility Sdn. Bhd. akan menyokong pembangunan infrastruktur pengecasan kenderaan elektrik (EV) di samping meneroka penyelesaian tenaga boleh baharu dan penyimpanan tenaga di premis milik PHB.

Sementara itu, kerjasama dengan GreenRE Sdn. Bhd. memberi tumpuan kepada pemerkasaan amalan bangunan mampan menerusi penerapan standard bangunan hijau yang diiktiraf. Kerjasama itu akan memudah cara pensijilan GreenRE bagi hartanah milik PHB, di samping meningkatkan kecekapan tenaga, mengurangkan pelepasan karbon serta memperkukuh prestasi alam sekitar aset syarikat secara keseluruhan.

Kedua-dua inisiatif ini akan menyokong pelaksanaan Pelan Hala Tuju Tenaga PHB 2024–2030 menerusi penggunaan penyelesaian tenaga mampan, pengukuhan keupayaan organisasi serta peningkatan penglibatan pihak berkepentingan dalam amalan tenaga lestari. Usaha ini turut mengukuhkan komitmen jangka panjang PHB terhadap agenda Alam Sekitar, Sosial dan Tadbir Urus (ESG), selaras dengan aspirasi negara dalam memperluaskan pembangunan bangunan hijau dan ekonomi rendah karbon.

Pengarah Urusan Kumpulan PHB, Mazuki Abdullah @ Muhammad berkata, kerjasama strategik itu adalah komitmen berterusan syarikat dalam membudayakan kelestarian di seluruh operasi perniagaannya.

"Ini mencerminkan komitmen berterusan PHB untuk meletakkan kelestarian sebagai teras kepada perniagaan kami. Melalui kerjasama erat bersama Gentari Green Mobility dan GreenRE, kami mempercepat peralihan ke arah penggunaan tenaga yang lebih bersih, meningkatkan prestasi alam sekitar aset kami serta menyumbang kepada agenda kelestarian dan penyahkarbonan negara.

"Usaha ini selaras dengan Pelan Hala Tuju Tenaga PHB 2024–2030 serta aspirasi ESG kami yang lebih menyeluruh dalam mewujudkan nilai jangka panjang kepada semua pihak berkepentingan. Bagi PHB, kelestarian bukan lagi sekadar aspirasi, sebaliknya menjadi sebahagian daripada pendekatan kami dalam membuat pelaburan, mengurus serta memastikan aset kekal berdaya saing pada masa hadapan," katanya.
Pada majlis sama, PHB turut menerima Sijil GreenPASS (Operasi) di bawah Penilaian Bangunan Rendah Karbon Tenaga Mampan daripada Pihak Berkuasa Pembangunan Tenaga Lestari (SEDA) Malaysia bagi Dataran PHB, Menara Aras Raya, Quill 18 serta Wisma Consplant 1 dan 2.

Selain itu, GreenRE Sdn. Bhd. turut menyampaikan pensijilan GreenRE kepada PJ33 dan Quill 18 sebagai pengiktirafan terhadap usaha berterusan PHB dalam memperkasakan amalan bangunan mampan serta pemeliharaan alam sekitar.

PHB diwakili Pengarah Urusan Kumpulannya, Mazuki Abdullah @ Muhammad, bersama Ketua PHB Facility Management Berhad (PHBFM), Sr. Abdul Halim Hussain. GreenRE diwakili Lembaga Pengarahnya Datuk Zaini Yusuff, manakala Gentari Green Mobility diwakili Ketua Pegawai Operasi Kumpulannya merangkap Ketua Negara Malaysia bagi Gentari, Shah Yang Razalli. SEDA Malaysia pula diwakili Ketua Pegawai Strategiknya, Saiful Hakim Abdul Rahman. Majlis itu turut disaksikan Pengerusi PHB, YM Raja Tan Sri Dato' Seri Arshad Raja Tun Uda.
