Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB), established on 8 May 2006, is a property investment company mandated by the government to increase Bumiputera participation in the ownership of prime commercial real estate assets in Malaysia. A key component of its mission is the management of Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB), a shariah-compliant unit trust fund, serving as the delivery vehicle for this purpose.
As a wholly-owned operating subsidiary of Yayasan Pelaburan Bumiputra (YPB), PHB strategically acquires and participates in the development of properties in key locations across Malaysia. Additionally, PHB extends its reach by providing property management and leasing management services through its subsidiary entities.

Enable Ownership Participation
AHB is a Shariah-compliant unit trust fund aimed at enabling Bumiputera participation in prime real estate ownership. The fund was launched on 29 November 2010.
AHB key deliverables:
Issuance of a Shariah-compliant unit trust fund;
Regular and consistent income distribution; and
Facilitate participation with a minimum entry of RM100.
